Retained advisory
For clients with ongoing strategic needs, retained advisory is the most effective way to work together. Rather than a series of disconnected projects, it provides continuous senior support as priorities evolve — combining strategic input, delivery oversight, and a trusted outside perspective on a monthly basis.

Βελτιστοποιημένος χώρος εργασίας
Κατά κανόνα, θα συνεργάζομαι μαζί σας διαδικτυακά, μέσω online συναντήσεων, online συστημάτων διαχείρισης αρχείων και εγγράφων, online ημερολoγίου κρατήσεων, μέιλ, και WhatsApp για επείγοντα περιστατικά. Θα παρέχω προσκλήσεις για συναντήσεις, ένα σύστημα διαμοιρασμού αρχείων και ένα ημερολόγιο κρατήσεων με χρήση εργαλείων της Google ή, εφόσον το προτιμά ο πελάτης, με χρήση εργαλείων της επιλογής του.
Διαφανής τεκμηρίωση
Θα παρέχω τις προτάσεις των έργων και την υλοποίησή τους σε μορφή αναλυτικού εγγράφου, καθώς και παρακολούθηση του πρότζεκτ μέσω διαδικτυακού εργαλείου διαχείρισης έργων, εκτός εάν ο πελάτης προτιμά άλλες μορφές (PPT, Excel). Επίσης, πέρα από το ηλεκτρονικό ταχυδρομείο, θα παρέχω όλα τα σχετικά έγγραφα του έργου και τις σημειώσεις των συναντήσεων σε έναν από κοινού προσβάσιμο online δίσκο. Όλα τα έγγραφα θα διαθέτουν χρονολογική σήμανση και ονοματικό έλεγχο έκδοσης για την αποφυγή ασάφειας.
Συνεχής βελτίωση
Θα επιδιώκω διαρκή ανατροφοδότηση από τους εταίρους καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια του έργου, καθώς και σε ειδική συνεδρία ανασκόπησης στο τέλος του έργου.
